APPROVED CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES TO SATISFY THE 21 HOURS ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN BY DISTANCE LEARNING FOR APPRAISAL CE. 

New Mexico appraisers are required to take 28 continuing education hours every 24 months including the National USPAP Update Course.   The New Mexico Real Estate Appraisal Board limits your distance education participation to 21 hours per renewal cycle.
