CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS IN New Mexico:: 

A total of 42 hours and a current 7 hour USPAP update course is required for renewal, the 7 hour  USPAP update course will be included in the 42 hours. Completion of fourteen (14) hours may be taken as distance education per cycle.
